Welcome to my little corner of the internet, a space that’s as eclectic and vibrant as I am. I’m Shay, the 🧠brain and 💖heart behind this digital playground. I build websites for a living, but they tend to be sales-related corporate sites that do not flex my fun, creative side nearly enough. So, I decided to create this just for me. Imagine this place as an interactive fidget toy, a gallery for my art prints, and a cozy nook where I pour out my thoughts on everything that sets my soul on fire. You’ll also find a page of resources, and I’m sure I will continue to add things as time goes by.

So, who am I? I’m a Queer AF, auDHD (yep, that’s Autistic ADHD) soul with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia navigating the tumultuous seas of chronic illness and CPTSD….And I have a treasure trove of trauma that’s shaped me into the fiercely passionate advocate I am today.

I’m an artist with Aphantasia. What does that mean? I do not have the ability to picture anything in my mind. I also am missing all of the other senses in my mind, outside of the ability to hear my own voice monologue to me……and let me tell you, that NEVER stops.😵‍💫

I’m also a relentless fighter for the causes close to my heart: human rights, ending child sexual assault, championing consent education, dismantling the troubled teen industry, ending white supremacy, advocating for the end of genocide and the freedom of all of the people under the control of colonists today, and standing up for women’s rights, black lives, LGBTQIA2S+ rights, and indigenous rights… just to name a few.

I’m deeply involved in my community and am proud to be a part of projects like The Urban Seed and The EP Freestore. Being able to participate in mutual aid projects to make the world a little bit better helps me to continue to choose to stay on this planet.

This website? It’s more than just a space to showcase my work. It’s a platform for my voice, for our voices, to echo into the void, challenging injustices and celebrating the beauty of being unapologetically us.
